a Cammy skin designed after Ibuki for Sf3, I really wish she was in SF4 but this will have to do for now.

oh you need a hatless-badgeless [link] file. I didn't include one but you can get one here [link] you only need the [link] file from the pack. it will make all the cammy costumes have no hats/badges
